A hosted mock REST API for frontend development. Many mocks are read-only, so a POST appears to succeed and nothing is stored; this one persists writes, rotates refresh tokens, rate-limits per IP across instances, and models dependency failure.
How it knows: 213 tests run without touching a real Neon or Upstash instance, and production mode will not start with a default JWT secret.
